Rare & beautiful Red Horn Coral Fossil 18-16mm freeform beads (ETB00954)

Red Horn Coral Fossil

This coral is from Utah.  It is rare and difficult to find as where it was found is now included in a National monument and the site access is limited.

Fossilised Red Horn Coral comes from the Silurian Age which dates to 390 million years old and falls within the Paleozoic Era.  It has an unique pattern and the stone is agatised so it takes a great polish.
