Moroccan Agates hail from various localities in Morocco. Agate hunting in Morocco is not very popular, even though the country is rich in agate.
Most mineral scavengers hunt for geodes with quartz crystals inside; so when they find an agate, they smash it to pieces. One can find shards of agate along most of the Moroccan country side.
You will receive the same quality as you see in my pictures, I always send from the same batch. I will randomly select one strand. As the colour & size can vary slightly, please do not request for one particular strand. You can buy the whole batch to ensure you will get the best ones.
