Outback Jasper 23-27mm freeform beads (ETB00210)
This jasper was discovered many years ago by fossickers but was not dug commercially until last year.
It occurs as a narrow seam within an outcrop of banded chert.
The location is in the midwest region of Western Australia near the small gold mining centre of Payne's Find. ( Information from Outbackmining)
